This picture shows a part of the constellation of Cygnus (The Swan). The brightest star in the field is alpha Cygni, also called Deneb, which is an arabic word meaning tail. Deneb lies indeed at the tail of the constellation The Swan, which is Cygnus in Latin. Read More →
